I think T2/T3 would be used more if we corrected the starting tech. Illuvalar helped me start such a project quite awhile ago, but it's unfinished/forgotten. Testing is a good reason, but i'm sure many skirmish players also love T3. They just like playing with big guns (:except I am not sure if anyone uses T2/T3 (unless it is for testing something?
