Hmm, I wonder what would cause that. It doesn't seem like it would be psychological, but the damage formulas haven't been touched in ages. Perhaps changes to the collision system make weapons more accurate? I can't imagine the difference being that significant, though...

Erm, I think you're misinterpreting what I'm saying. I know the difficulty difference is significant, but I don't know what causes the difficulty difference. I don't think the collision system changes are causing the difficulty difference because they shouldn't have that much of an effect.drgnrdr wrote:It is!

Okay, this problem started in 2.3.2 and has been getting worse after each upgrade. That is when the problem started. If you play 2.3.1a there is a difference between the difficulty setting. Since then there has been no difference between the settings. And it seems to be increasing in difficulty(getting harder) as well. I don't know what caused it, I just know it's happening.
