NP had a nuke fired "at it" (along with Alpha);


That said, we watched (via cutscene) of the nuke basically obliterating the area of BETA.


Alpha, we only know that they left the base before the nuke went off, and we also know that the same team that left ALPHA raided another NP base on the way to us, which is where they recovered the tech that allows us to prevent losing our base to NEXUS in GAMMA5.


So while NP may have been hit, it appears that it wasn't to the same scale as the annihilation of the Collective/BETA missions.
