As far as I know, they're still seeding builds to their developers. It's not shipping with new Macs until Sept '09.

Oh, you're right. Apple usually doesn't go into PR mode this early... Then again, it's a while since their last OS release, maybe they do OSes differently.

Well, no responses yet, but the ticket is still open. I just keep hoping that a new version of OSX or Warzone will magically (and or unintentionally) fix the issue.

Congratulations, you're right! It did! OS X 10.6 pre-releases apparently fix the issue. (I expected this to happen, too.)

Engineering believes this issue has been addressed in Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard.

Just got that in an e-mail from Apple as a reply to my bug report!
And, as a welcome home present from my parents after a four day canoeing trip with my school, I GOT SNOW LEOPARD. MY LIFE WINS.
