Hi,
I read that version 3.1 is under development , currently in beta phase, what I want to ask is :
are there new missions or some difference in campaign mode between 2.3.8 and 3.1 ?
Are there campaign mode changes from 2.3.8 to 3.1 ?

When beta 3.1 the main difference will the nicer looking terrain. I think campaign will get some other nice features such as being able to cue trucks to build on holograms. The missions shouldn't be changing, nor will there be new missions.

Campaign is kind of frozen and kept as close to the original as possible. Even tons of balance changes that took place in skirmish/multiplayer didn't affect campaign (the whole guide applies to skirmish/multiplayer only, apart from a few walkthrough and story pages).
The biggest thing that changed from 2.3.9 to 3.1 is probably the projectile-shooting-through-terrain fix.

Yep, campaign is unchanged, except of some bugs fixed since 2.3.9.
