Campaign : some technologies not available ?

Hi,
I played several times both in skirmish and in campaign mode : I noticed that there are some technologies that I can research and realize in skirmish that aren't available even on last campaign mission.
A few examples : Wyvern and Dragon bodies, plasma cannon, emp tech, laser satellite, etc...
What I want to ask is simple : did I miss some important artifact during campaign or those technologies are not available at all in campaign mode ?

I'm using wz2100 v2.3.8 .

Some technologies, like the Wyvern and Dragon bodies, and Cyborg Transports, are exclusive to skirmish. Likewise, some technologies, like the Cyclone AA turret, or the 3 launch codes for the missile silos, are exclusive to campaign.
