Is there a tutorial about adding labels to maps?

Is there any online guide that explains how to add labels to WZ maps?
(if so I'd like to link to it from https://warzone.atlassian.net/wiki/x/aQMJ )

And is there anything that lists what sort of labels are currently in use?
(I started a topic in the scripting forum if not: viewtopic.php?f=35&t=8965 )

This is the only labels.ini created so far, to my knowledge, and it is not yet in use: https://github.com/perim/warzone2100/bl ... labels.ini

As to how, you either write them manually, or use Flame.
