That's some scary stuff you have there. Google spewed that info. Depending on actual chipset it could support OpenGL 1.5, but it could be some bug in their OpenGL driver then. But if your error message states there are no OpenGL 1.4 you're out of luck then, that sis looks dead...

Just to be sure could you run a game with --debug=all in command line or link? There would be a few KBs in size WZlog file with detail about your gfx card, upload it there. Check Config folder and Logs in FileLocations part to find one.

Silicon Integrated System VGA, Uni VGA 5
SiS is famous for their poor OpenGL support and has been for a number of years.

that log or bug report its truly honest wanna say that I have to buy new one, or perfectly I must buy a pieces of a PC that I arrange by my self..

Yah... I've talking to couple of my friend , and people who do the business with PC and notebook every day that they said I have consider the specification before buy, so I have no complaint for at least 1 year of software development..
