nexus link - what can it steal / assimilate?

I just found that if you nexus link an enemy HQ, you steal map visibility data (ie. you get to see what it can see)...

I didn't actually get to see anything, because I already had a satellite uplink meaning I could already see whole map, so I'm not sure if the visibility data you get is everything the enemy HQ can see or just bits of the map or something else?

Anyway, this got me thinking - what else can nexus links do?

I know you can steal enemy droids, and I have vague recollection of stealing research from research labs (and maybe factories too?)

Does anyone have a definitive list of all the thing you can steal/assimilate using a nexus link?

I think link just captures droids/structs - thats all. no visibility data would be transferd from enemy.
