Calling Reinforcements(campaign) - Possible Bug?

On the second "away" mission, I can't seem to call any reinforcements. I have set MG turrets around the parameter of the LZ... The new icon on the upper left has what appears to be a static timer set at 1:00. This is my first experience with the game, so I may just not be familiar with the interface. Nothing looks familiar to any of the guides I've seen though. Apparently I should see the units I have at my home base when I click the icon, but it shows an empty transport unit much like the build/manufacture/research screens. Show's 0/10 on my transport... Sorry for the rambling, just trying to be as descriptive as I can.

Thanks for any help someone can provide.

Hey guys, That video REALLY helped me out. I just wasn't seeing the box on the far right. I admit, I'm a noob. Thank you guys so much for helping me out.
