problem with vsync on master

master 20111107 using ATI Mob HD4330 Catalyst 11.10 and Core2Duo 2.1 ghz.

assume it was on when i turned it off from setting i got a graphic glitch, lot of black bar running from top to bottom of the screen you could say looks like when you're using a video camera and use it on tv and when i turn it on again and warzone crash :| . i tried to change the vsync value in config to true but it doesn't works warzone can't even start

included .RPT, problems occur today so you should skip other date :)
