i just started the gamma sector (i believe, the third sector)... but silly me, i forgot to load any trucks at the end of beta to build for gamma! is there any way to spawn a vehicle? it's really quite annoying, as i also saved over the last of gamma... or, if i could go back to the previous mission and do it over, that would work.
either one would be of great help!

Yes you can spawn a vehicle. 
3 steps involved:
1) Activate debug mode: To do so, right click the warzone shortcut, in the target box add "--cheat" --> it should look something like this ""E:\Program Files\games\Warzone 2100\warzone2100.exe" --mod grim.wz --cheat --fullscreen --resolution 1280x1024 --cheat" But offcourse with your own pad to the game and resolution settings.
2) start up the game with the shortcut you've just edited. Load your save game , and press shift and backspace simultaneously. You'll get a message in the top left of your screen that cheats are activated. Now press control and o simultaneously.
3) Suddenly a menu pops up in which you can choose to spawn all kinds of things. You'll probably want to spawn some trucks under the unit menu :p

* Did you get the commandline right?
* Did you press SHIFT + BACKSPACE to activate debug (cheat) mode?
* If so, did "CHEATS ENABLED" appear?
* Did you press CTRL + O to use the spawn items window?
