onlive offering any game they have for $1 ?

It is a promotion of some type, and it is on their frontpage. http://www.onlive.com/go/one-dollar
They are a cloud gaming service, and it won't let you have a higher resolution than 1280x720 for any game.
They do got some pretty new games up their, like DNF & Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

Anyone try this service before ?
If so, what is it like ? What about lag ?
For a limited time only, first-time OnLive purchasers may purchase a Full PlayPass for $1.00 . Offer is not valid toward pre-orders. Limit one redemption per household. Available titles are subject to change without notice. Only valid within the contiguous United States while connected to the OnLive Game Service. Game purchases are not transferable. No cash value. Cannot be combined with other offers. ALL GAME SALES FINAL.NO REFUNDS. NO RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS

I've heard both good things and bad things about it. Lag wasn't a complaint I heard. Anywhos, don't know what to think.

Why don't you just go and try it yourself. Then you can give us the skinny...

I needed people who have tried it to tell me how they like it. I was thinking of getting a gift subscription to someone, and they don't live close to me, so it don't matter what I think of it, I needed to know other people who have tried the service more than one time to tell me how it behaves.
