Would you ever buy a game that is very important to you and you would love to have it, although you will for certain will not be able to go anywhere with friends to eat or drink, and have to walk instead of taking the buses? (no money) all for some time.

Yeah, probably. If money's an issue, though, I'd probably just wait for it to go on sale.
