Trying to host a game since last year, But Unable to do this

Hello !
I'm trying to host a game since last year, But unable to host that. I'm using Windows 7 and using Mobile Broadband (Dongle device ).

When i tried to host a game, I got this result. Now i want to host game.

Please help me.

What host is dead? It seems his problem is with the dongle. Dongles do not support port forwarding.

I'm doubting the dongle has a firewall, so port forwarding shouldn't be an issue. Perhaps the dongle actually receives signal from a"mi-fi" device, and that's where the trouble is?
