How do you make a poll on these forums?

I've seen other people make them on this site, and I would like to figure out how to make one here as well. I have some ideas for possible polls to create in the future.

I see. So the ability to create polls in forums that use PhpBB depends on whether or not you have permission to create them in the forum in question. However, this does beg the question: why limit who can make polls or not? I mean, what harm could it do if everyone was given permission to create their own polls?

You can get a poll started if you know some one that has the authority to make a poll and they deem you poll to be worthy then they will make it for you...

So now all you have to do is to find out who makes polls and then you can tell them how good they are then hit them up to make a poll for you

I understand, though honestly, I think that I could come up with a more interesting and/or important poll than that.

In fact, I'm working on one right now. I'll let you know when it's done. (It shouldn't take very long.)

Edit: here's my new poll. Also, was turning this thread into a poll really necessary?
