\Windows\system32\atioglxx.dll
Your graphics card is spitting up. It might help to update the driver from the manufacturer's website.

Turning off eye-candy like transparency and compositing window managers can also help.

Even after disabling all beautiful stuff like aero, and put all into performance, it still gives about the same error:

and put all into performance
Occasionally, it helps to turn down 3d acceleration. Counter-intuitive, I know, but it has been known to work.

The basic problem is that your card & driver are having problems with OpenGL. Sometimes drivers lie about their capabilities, sometimes they implement OpenGL features poorly. Compositing effects like transparency seem particularly problematic.

Getting the latest driver from the card manufacturer's website, rather than from your operating system vendor, is often a good idea.

This is why some features aren't implemented: http://forums.wz2100.net/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=7490&view=unread#p87241
