If you didn't get a install error, then there is no need to reinstall.
Assuming you have a virus free machine, then the above is most likely driver related.
Update your video drivers.

It was a temporal disruption in the time continuum.
While on the surface it may have changed, the foundation is still the same (more or less).
"Buginator" has been retired into /dev/nul/
