True, true. I guess I'm thinking more of "battle wear" than ageing, soot marks on the exhaust vents, for example.

Did a bit of experimentation, trying to find a halftrack design that actually looks good (the original models weren't too interesting either...)

WW1 tanks... they really knew how to make them look cool back then. Although they were not very effective.
You know, one of these days, someone got to make a steam punk mod for Warzone

Like this? A more traditional design, slightly boring, but I guess it fits the style better to keep away from overly radical stuff...

Re: Models by Jorzi (AR)
Yeah, gonna have to vote for the last version too. The first design might look more interesting as a bare low-poly, but the one three posts above seems to fit with the rest of the models better. I don't know why, it's just a hunch.
And after all, tracks shouldn't draw too much attention, it's an RTS.
EDIT: Oh, and just wanted to say it again: I absolutely love what you guys at ArtRev are doing with the models. I'm more excited to see your work in-game than I am to see new games released. Don't ever give up.

The AR Team and others continue to amaze. This is going to be like a whole new game when everything is finished up.
Good effort all around.
