i've heard a lot peoples saying about wz online but dont know how to reach it ? thank you

Click "Multi Player" then "Join Game" then "Lobby".

Perhaps he has an older version? I didn't get to mess with classic warzone, but "it's only IP and LAN" sounds like something from 1.x.
