Permanent Ban ability?

I have acquired myself a Wz stalker. Some german fella who has figured out how to use the debug in multi player games. Is there any way to keep his ip on the ban list permanently so he cannot join my servers with his multiple pcs? Normally i just have a friend get the mac address for me and I add that in the router, but this one seems to have some software helpin to hide himself. I just want rid of that scum so he can stop wasting ppls time. Thanks, Skynet

Just ban the ip with your firewall ... (?)

Game did have it at one point, but it was removed.

Moving this to ideas/suggestions.

Ok Tell me this aint weird. I take the ip listed by his join into my games in the logs folder, and I add that to an ip blocker, now I cant get to the wzlobby? 188.40.152.188 Can any one tell me what gives there? Beside the ip blockers' listing of this ip it says: access Lobby wz2100.net

on a side note: Skynet accused me of cheating several times (actually the first was on my second day in wz)... i highly doubt he can distinguish a cheater from a better player.
