I'm running wz 2.0.7 but I don't see how to make the tanks with 2 turrets some people talk about ...
Can someone please explain to me what I should do ?

Download Giel's nightly installer if you are under windows,that version has all of features everyone mumbles about.
tasks postponed until the trunk is relatively stable again.

No. And it may also be broken (eg. crash a lot), since it is more or less a nightly build of the development version. Use it if you want to test what will arrive around Christmas.
