In talking with the new management, it was deemed it was OK to convert old maps and post them here, however, make it clear they are NOT your maps, and you only converted them.
They are still not allowed on addons though, since those require a license.
I also had a ton of maps converted someplace in my archives, but I can't locate those right now.
It would be nice to cherry pick the best ones though , instead of letting loose a flood of old maps which were all mostly flat, boring designs.

I did not know there was a new management. I looked for a thread but could not find it. I know many give of their time, and somebody pays for the hosting or overhead. I was unaware of a structured management.
I dunno, people can think they are your old maps being converted...
It has been changed(PS:This map is from :http://www.vtol.us Thx for that.)
I was thinking of doing a screenshot for each map, and then people can do requests on which one they want to be converted.
:hmm
Or peoples can send me a pm and i convert it.May u can open e new question threat for asking around and one or two or more guys
can convert them and post it here. However, all roads lead to Rome.

A list of maps that exist on this site would be nice. Many of the maps I have I downloaded from here, but the links are no longer available. I have about 1,200 maps both .WZ and .WDG combined. It will take some time to see which are worthy of being uploaded. It would also take a long time to do a search for each one and to also see if external links are still there instead of having a list.
Most likey named after the City Virginville, Pennsylvania USA. I dont' know were I got the map from but is listed at http://www.vtol.us , and I don't see the map makers name. I did not make map, I only converted it. Have had a few good games on this map, always thought the map was original and had a interesting layout.
