When I played this game on my PS1, I had great phosphor tanks, the same like phosphor airforce. Is it possible to make it?

By Phosphor Tanks, do you mean mounting VTOL weapons like HEAP Bomb Bays onto tanks? I remember once doing that on the PS1 version, but I believe that the PC version already fixed that bug.

yeah, i remember that you could design a VTOL with any bomb bay and then change the propulsion to something else like wheels. Fast little suiciders ^_^

To the point - It was an exploit, and was removed in the recent versions.
