moving line on screen
When I launch the game I have a black semi-transparent line moving repeatedly from the bottom to the top of my screen. I have tried different compatibility mode settings and in game setting changes to no avail. I'm running on windows 7 and I have an Nvidia GeForce 8600. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
