Help me!

Hi if your looking at this hopefully you can help in some way. I told my cusin about this game and he really wants to play but everytime he opens up warzone, he says that he sees the black mouse, then it goes away and he can click on some stuff but he can't see his mouse even if he gets in a game or anything like that. So could any of you help with this error that "I" have NEVER seen before!?!?!?

I haven't heard of that problem, and don't know about the operating system, but I think the standard response to weird graphical problems or crashes on windows is to suggest upgrading graphics drivers.

Try to get your cousin to upgrade the graphics drivers.
