Future Weapons

I predict in the next 100 years there will be a weapon called something similar to World Grid Control. The first country that harnesses Nuclear Fusion or something similar will not be able to escape the temptation of total dominance. This device or devices will be in orbit similar to satelites, will be very sophisticated, and vertually non-penetrable.....total dominance. This system will have a source of unlimited power and can identify the entire world surface to pin head accuarcy....and identify friend or foe instantaneously. This system will not have nuclear side effects, but can vaporize an area the size of a pin head or the size of a country.....instantly......any moving or stationary object that does not have a safe signature can be a target! I have thought of this system as Laser Grid Control.......very powerful on a large scale or very specifically small. Physics is going to change civilization as we know it....in many ways!

Fusion is not unlimited power, it is just nuclear power without the waste. The only thing mose powerful than a nuke (although there is no theoretical limit on the size of a nuke) is an antimatter bomb, which is extremely expensive and unsafe.
