Shouldnt hurricane flak be made obsolete cyclone flak ?

hi all

I'm curious when you get the cyclone aa flak cannon why isn't the the hurricane aa flak cannon made obsolete because as far as i can tell the the cyclone aa flak cannon is superior to the hurricane aa flak cannon in every way

I tried looking up the cyclone aa flak cannon to confirm this but http://guide.wz2100.net/d/ doesn't list it it just goes from hurricane to whirlwind though correct me if I'm wrong here but according to http://guide.wz2100.net/rebalance the cyclone aa flak cannon is supposed to have been removed anyway guess you forgot to adjust this in the campaign

while I'm on the subject of old tech being made obsolete by newer systems shouldn't the Whirlwind aa also make the cyclone aa obsolete?

i mean i realize the 2 systems are different one is flak where the other is twin mini guns but given the fact that they do the same thing and have the same stats would it not make more sense to have just 1 AA system aka make the cyclone obsolete give that the whirlwind is essentially a cyclone with upgraded rate of fire unless you are going to differentiate the 2 by making flak work like it does in the real world aka fires a shell that then explodes and creates a large blast zone just like you see in old archive footage or WW 1 & 2 in which case it would be worth keeping the 2 different system than as they both work a little differently and when used in concert would compliment each other
