‎"to prepare for disaster is to invite it, to not prepare for disaster is a fools choice" -me (kim-lav_coyote25-metcalfe) - it used to be attributed to unknown - but adding the last bit , it now makes sense.

3800+ Athalon 64x2
3gigs ram

256M graphics card, but the GPU on it isn't exactly doing it justice.

800 Mhz Duron
256 Mb System RAM
Nvidia GeForce FX5200 8x AGP graphics card with 256 Mb DDR Video Memory
Windows ME

Yes, it's a weird setup. It was top of the line when I built it in 2001. I have upgraded the video card since then and plan on building a new system when my finances are better.

The game runs fine.

I have a couple of mid-range systems that I play Warzone on:

Main System
  • Core 2 Q6600
  • ASUS P5B Deluxe Motherboard
  • 8GB Of OCZ PC-6400
  • XFX 7900GTX
  • Two ViewSonic VX2025WM monitors (1680x1050)
Secondary System
  • Shuttle SB81P (Intel 915G)
  • Intel P4 3Ghz
  • 1GB of misc. PC-3200
  • XFX 7600GT
  • Iiyama Vision Master 454 (1920x1440)
Laptop
  • iBook G4
  • 1.33Ghz G4
  • 1.256GB PC-2700
  • Radeon 9200
So overall nothing 'amazing' by any stretch of the imagination (all of the components were picked up in sales or when they were near end-of-line). All play Warzone fine (except my iBook, but...).

I'm using this system and the game works fine:

Windows Vista ultimate 64bits

Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 3.0Ghz (FSB1333)
2*1 Gb DDR2 Kingston @ 667Mhz
Vga Nvidia Geforce 8800GTS 640Mb
Mb MSI P965 Platinum
2*250Gb HDD Western Digital SATA 7200RPM 8MB (these are recycled from my old PC, pretty slow HDD's if you ask me, they use 3 platters *sigh*)
Samsung 275T 27" screen

Playing the game @ 1920*1200@60Hz With Grim GFX activated.

Great game btw, played it long ago on PC and I'm glad it's still being worked on.
Besides worms and dune, it's the only old school game I still play.

hard drive is capable if overloaded, but it runs fine (1.11 NEWST i mean)

"7)system i havent listed - state specs"

Celeron 2.66GHz (with a fan that sounds like a hair drier)
736MB RAM (not even the same speed.lol)
integrated G3 gfx... (um... yea)

it'l still play C&C generals1, (if a bit slow) which, iv been told, is... odd that it even can.
MOTHERBOARD - MSI P7N PLATINUM¦-¦PROCESSOR - C2D E7300 @ 4.00GHZ
MEMORY - 4 Gig (2x2gig) ddr2 1066mhz¦-¦OPERATING SYSTEM - WINDOWS 7 (ULT)
GRAPHICS - BFG GTX 260 OCX (requires ForceWare drivers for good openGL)

Seems like I have the lowest specs o.O

Pentium III
64MB RAM
500MHz
And one dang old graphics card, 10 years, too lazy to check what it is.

until about 2 years ago, i had one that was a p2 333 mhz with 96 mb initially (upgraded to 256), and a 5mb onboard(yeah...), which in some ways was better than the 32 mb pci i upgraded to (the onboard was much less "fidgety")
