"to prepare for disaster is to invite it, to not prepare for disaster is a fools choice" -me (kim-lav_coyote25-metcalfe) - it used to be attributed to unknown - but adding the last bit , it now makes sense.

3gigs ram
256M graphics card, but the GPU on it isn't exactly doing it justice.

800 Mhz Duron
256 Mb System RAM
Nvidia GeForce FX5200 8x AGP graphics card with 256 Mb DDR Video Memory
Windows ME
Yes, it's a weird setup. It was top of the line when I built it in 2001. I have upgraded the video card since then and plan on building a new system when my finances are better.
The game runs fine.

Re: hardware of systems used to run warzone 2100 GPL release...
I'm using this system and the game works fine:
Windows Vista ultimate 64bits
Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 3.0Ghz (FSB1333)
2*1 Gb DDR2 Kingston @ 667Mhz
Vga Nvidia Geforce 8800GTS 640Mb
Mb MSI P965 Platinum
2*250Gb HDD Western Digital SATA 7200RPM 8MB (these are recycled from my old PC, pretty slow HDD's if you ask me, they use 3 platters *sigh*)
Samsung 275T 27" screen
Playing the game @ 1920*1200@60Hz With Grim GFX activated.
Great game btw, played it long ago on PC and I'm glad it's still being worked on.
Besides worms and dune, it's the only old school game I still play.

512 MB RAM
NVIDIA RIVA TNT/2 (WORST 3D GRAPHICS CARD ON THE PLANET!!!! ARGH!!!) [u cant even set the freaking (excuse my french) buffering settings like every other 3d video card on the world, had to get a 3rd party app]
hard drive is capable if overloaded, but it runs fine (1.11 NEWST i mean)

"7)system i havent listed - state specs"
Celeron 2.66GHz (with a fan that sounds like a hair drier)
736MB RAM (not even the same speed.lol)
integrated G3 gfx... (um... yea)
it'l still play C&C generals1, (if a bit slow) which, iv been told, is... odd that it even can.

Re: hardware of systems used to run warzone 2100 GPL release...
Seems like I have the lowest specs o.O
Pentium III
64MB RAM
500MHz
And one dang old graphics card, 10 years, too lazy to check what it is.

Re: hardware of systems used to run warzone 2100 GPL release...
until about 2 years ago, i had one that was a p2 333 mhz with 96 mb initially (upgraded to 256), and a 5mb onboard(yeah...), which in some ways was better than the 32 mb pci i upgraded to (the onboard was much less "fidgety")
