Air-to-Air Flak cannon missing

I've been testing the latest bata (3.0 ver3) and discovered the flak cannon is missing from the design list for VTOLS, but it is listed in the guide as an Air to Air weapon. Just wanted to know if i was missing something or was it removed or what? O_o
