Using Linux, I have the videos in home/warzone2100-2.3/sequences.wz but apparently that isn't right?

Let's say that your linux username is proudhon, then the directory would be,

/home/proudhon/.warzone2100-2.3/

which is the same as ~/.warzone2100-2.3/ in command line.

Also, you seem to forget the dot: ~/.warzone2100-2.3
