Error message with no message?

I went to go play a game of warzone online with my friend but my friend said that when he starts up Warzone 2100 a Error message appears with nothing on it and the game closes. When I ask what Graphics Card he has he says "I don't know" so I am guessing it is one of the crappy integrated drivers. If so ill tell him thanks if anyone has a solution. Oh and I just signed up so sorry for any misconceptions.

If this is windows, and he sees the windows crash box, then this is most likely driver related. He needs to get new drivers.

I have asked him what drivers he has and he says he does not know. He can't get most 3d games working so I think it is the drivers. Does he update or does he buy a new one because he says he was able to get Warzone2100 to work Earlier but now it stopped working for some odd reason.

Tell him to visit http://tribaltrouble.com/driversupport.php that should help him... I hope.

He just needs to get the drivers, and install them, nothing else from that page.
