sound cuts out on mac

I downloaded the newest version of warzone last night (I must say its really fun to play) and the sound keeps cutting out. The music will still play but after about 30 minutes to an hour the gunfire noises will stop and the "production complete" voice will stop along with any sound playing during the mission objective updates. I am running osx 10.4.11 if that helps.

I think this is a 10.4.x specific issue with the the sound libs. (libOgg & libVorbis & openAL)
Unsure what you can do about it...the other person who had this issue, I don't think they solved it.

and audio works fine elsewhere i assume. What x11 have you installed? the apple made one or one from the open source community?

I have the OS X 10.5.8 iMac, the only problem ive had was a lack of textures. I fixed that with a driver download link.

I have the x11 from apple installed. I didn't know there was an open source one.
