HD Movie Clips?

I love the movie clips but I got the standard quality ones and they look like crap on my Acer Aspire laptop.
I can't imagine how bad the poor quality videos are...

Anyone else agree that they should make the movies HD?

First, you can't make the movies HD.
Although there is software that can upscale movies to HD, it can't do it good, and they won't look much better then the current movies. They need to be completely redone.
So, unless someone brings a magic wand here, don't expect anything about HD movies anytime soon.

Remember, this is an open-source project, there are no such people as "they", and as kuky says, you can't "make" the videos higher resolution than they originally were. The only thing we could do is make new videos from scratch.

Yep, good texturers seem to be a scarce resource nowadays. However, in the videos we can use hi-poly models with procedural materials and render them in blender, as long as we get some scenes and animation done.

Get Maya and import the models into Vue or Lightwave. I can create three-dimensional environments and also create the movies, but I am not a modeler.

Instrucions for Windows (after you have got the Video sequences from the Download page),

Video instructions: Place sequences.wz in Program Files/Warzone 2100/sequences.wz

If you're not on Windows, then you'll find a similar instruction for you platform on the Download page.
