screen twinkle

Hi everybody!
I played with v2.2 without any problems...
I'm on Kubuntu (beta 10.10), i got some problems with 2.3 version of the game, the screen twinkles i can't do anything...

all right, i don't speek english very well so i will describe it in french....
Quand je démarre le jeu l'écran scintille et je ne peux quasiment rien faire, les textes sautent, lorsque j'accède au jeu, les vaisseaux, véhicules, décors... scintillent et disparaissent aléatoirement, impossible de jouer...
Je précise qu'avec la version précédente tout allait bien...
i can't explain more precisely, the game doesn't crash, i just can't play...

Sounds like graphics driver problems. Have you tried 2.2 on your current system?

When I start up the game the screen sparkles and I practically cannot do anything, the texts jump, when I attain the game, the vessels, vehicles, settings... sparkle and disappear randomly, impossible to play... I specify that with the preceding version all was well...

thanks, it seems that the video drivers for my ati radeon hd3200 is not reliable for the moment... I will give you more informations after the 10.10 release in the middle of october
