What exactly does "no faults" entered in DEBUG mode do?
it gives no description in the wiki.

i entered it, just curious because it didn't say what it did on the wiki and a voice said, "no faults" and nothing else happened

Then this voice is all what the current code is supposed to do.
If someone has a lot of time to spare he might want to look into the original code and see if it did something else, but I doubt so.

Original code does exactly the same; it plays the sound ID_SOUND_NOFAULTS. Which maps to data/audio/sfx/misc/scream4.wav now this is data/audio/sfx/misc/scream4.ogg
