Ok, since we need at least one ally, and we are currently in war with Black Dragons, I started looking for one.
Black Dragons would make a good one, but we are in war with them because of we representing New Paradigm, they supporting the Project, and those two factions being enemies.
That is the key. That conflict won't ocurr until about 90 years in future, so that leaves us enough time to be allies.
I and them talked about that fact on IRC and accepted is as a valid argument not to be in war.
Now, we can make an alliance.
They agree, I agree, the only thing needed is agreement of this clan leader.
