Not that I would ever use it myself (I prefer English over all), but I could have a go at translating into Swedish, my native tongue

What is the best way to update the translation files? Use SVN commit, or keep on posting the file to a new ticket?

As Translation/Mac states you should use the link on that page to make a ticket and attach it to that.
