Hey all,
Was looking through the tickets for development roadmap of milestone 3.0 and noticed this ticket http://developer.wz2100.net/ticket/348
It mentions upgrading to the OpenAL components of OpenAL 2.0.6.0. Just to let you guys know that the latest version of OpenAL can be found here http://forums.creative.com/t5/Sound-Bla ... d-p/548634
It's OpenAL 2.1.0.0 and contains files;
OpenAL32.dll version 6.14.357.25 and wrap_oal.dll version 2.2.0.7
OpenAL 2.1.0.0 isn't available on the download section of connect.creativelabs.com , OpenAL 2.0.7.0 is the version available to download from that site.

Re: Just to let the devs know
Thanks for the info, but until Creative updates their own site http://connect.creativelabs.com/openal/ ... Items.aspx then we can't really use those.

It looks signed and all, but we don't know what the changes/source changes are, which make it useless for the time being (imo.)
If people want to install that version they can do so on their own.
Openal-Soft on the other hand, I wouldn't if the build script was changed to use that.
