2x HMG, if implemented, should be after first Tungsten-tipped MG bullets upgrade, as well as after Chaingun upgrade. Just what I'm thinking. Of course, this should probably be done through a mod, and I have no idea how to do that.

before the assault gun for sure, a couple techs before it, so it's useful before it's scrapped for the assault gun.

Uh... Do you mean that it cannot be put in as a mod? I'm pretty sure you can add weapons in mods.

Which is why, sadly, so few excellent suggestions get implemented.

Is there a really good How to make a Mod guide? By good, I mean making it very easy for any newbie to train himself and implement?

Yes, thankyou :)

EDIT: This link is really very hard to find on the wiki unless I type "modding" in the search field or browse through the complete index.
Making a mod often involves Txt Editing (using the CSV format) and scripting (using a custom C-like language called WZScript, soon to be replaced with Lua).

Maybe a mention of the Modding Tutorial around this sentence would help make finding this page more convenient.
