I'm loving Warzone on my Asus m51v laptop (winXP) laptop- brings back some ps1 nostalgia.
Miss my cut scenes though. I've downloaded the low-quality movie file 'sequences.wz' and placed it in the game's root folder- no good. Tried every other folder I could think of, but still no good. I cant find any threads on this problem for winXP users, and I dont feel like downloading the game onto my linux partition. Can anyone please help me out?
My asus has a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470.
Running latest XP, drivers are all fine.
Plenty of memory too.
I really think it's just a error with my brain and ability to understand the instructions which say to "place the file in Program Files>Warzone 2100>sequences.wz". Despite installing the game elsewhere, I've tried installing both in the game's root, and also in a directory I made in Program Files. I've also tried re-installing the game into Program Files.
Dunno... Much appreciate any replies.
Cutscenes, sequences.wz not working?

Just stick the file in the same directory you installed warzone into. That is all that needs to be done. It is the same directory that warzone2100.exe sits.Jeckyll wrote:I'm loving Warzone on my Asus m51v laptop (winXP) laptop- brings back some ps1 nostalgia.

If that don't work, then, I am guessing the sequences.wz may be corrupted, do a zip test on it.
BTW, also, when you mentioned latest drivers, make sure you hit www.ati.com and get the latest video drivers. Some people think window's update installs the best drivers, but that isn't always the case.
and it ends here.

Right on. I'll try downloading the file again then, cuz the drivers are sweet. Thanks for the help mate.
