1.) T.A.P.S (Tactical.Amphibious.Propultionary.System)
.'Morphs' From boat to tracks (when goes in water do like a raft puff up around it? or does it have like boat body with wheels?)
.Slow on land fast on water
.More hp on land less on water http://img17.imageshack.us/i/gibbslockh ... nterr.jpg/
Sorry that most of the pics didnt turn out... just use links i guess...
i agree but the second amphibious is higher hp while hover has low hp...
tracks have low and high hp propulsion system... why not amphibious have same? see?
and yeah the second should be able to climb up stuff... but i didnt want to push it cause it is good that it goes at same speed even with heavy stuff on it
I thought the best propulsion upgrade would be MK2 and MK3 of the existing ones...
wheels
wheels mk2
wheels mk3
tracks mk2
tracks mk3
etc
Unlocked by researching better tank armours.
The mk2 and 3 could give a HP boost, but still cost the same - Making this a worthwhile thing to research. It's also quite realistic as improved materials would not only be used in armour, but all over a tank. I don't see any completely new propulsion in the game working.
Full of ideas - Most are probably useless. Feel free to ignore them
wouldnt you have to upgrade the engine to upgrade the propulsion??
maybe individuallize the upgrading.
materials= ups the amount of armor the wheels add to the vehicle
engine= ups the speed
and to blacknexus, the climbing thing would go good with this new map/mod "war school" by whippersnapper. maybe make another one that is light or medium bodies only.
also i think we could do well with helicopter propulsion. as said, we need variation in all kinds of propulsion: amphibious, aerial, land etc. i havent come up with stats yet but ideas welcome
New Propulsions are great. But there should be at least some minor differences in advantages and disadvantages among all the types. And I think we need more specialized propulsions, not the types that can travel multi-terrain. Although I could still live with them in the game. It's just my opinion.
