That's not a PDF, that's just a local copy of the Guide website (which may be outdated due to the website redesign)

I personally use Mozilla Firefox combined with a kick-@$$ add-on named Scrapbook Plus. I end up with the whole guide on my local hard drive with all links in-tact.
My game handle is Cosmic Raven or Cosmic Raven 68

wget -R does the trick, but gets A LOT un-needed pages...
