When i download the game and try to run it it says that a file is missing so i try reinstalling but it still says that the file is missing..

Please be more specific as in which file it says and providing a screenshot as well would help.

Run "oalins.exe" in that directory, finish the setup, and then try again.

I believe you need to give admin rights to install openAL on vista / win 7, but I am not 100% sure.
