Buggy, I'd just like to point out that the Compile Guide for MinGW on Windows doesn't work properly, so some people may have a problem with compiling builds.

I never used minGW. What is wrong with it?

Are you referring to trunk build or 2.3? I'm compiling and building trunk successfully few times a week, so I guess it have smth to do with the devpkg... I do recall that one need to combine two last packages to get all the needed files... I don't know who's maintaining them... :ninja:

I don't know Buginator, it just refuses to compile under normal conditions.

The problem is that the version of MinGW downloadable from the MinGW website is not recent enough for some of the libraries.

And since it's a compiler, "compile it yourself" doesn't really work without a significant amount of effort.
