New type of vehicle: R/C Androids
I think that there should be some kind of remotely controlled robot along with cyborgs, tanks, and VTOLs... something cheap, small, and easy to make. They could be controlled through the command relay post and the factory would be a 1x1 or a 1x2 like the cyborg factory so that it isn't hard to fit into a base. This would be available after researching NEXUS and the command relay post and the cyborg factory. they could come in about the same variation as the cyborgs, maybe a little smaller and occasionally one would just blow up at random (maybe a 0.01% chance per second that it would die) due to malfunctioning if that is something not too hard to program. That's a great idea, but it would really mess with game balance and would be at best difficult to code... perhaps a better solution would be to make a mini-cyborg body?

firstly, what would what look like? If you are talking about the factory, it would look like one of those nuclear silos that you see in the third campaign, maybe with a few tweaks here and there to distinguish the two. As for the actual androids, i would say just smaller cyborgs, as that would probably be easiest. I could make some 3d models of the factory or the androids and export them to FBX, 3ds and a few others which I can't name off the top of my head, but I have no experience with the PIE slicer, so someone would have to convert the models to .pi.
It could be used for getting quick troops when your base is under attack, and for cheap armies as many weapons make easy work. Or now that you mention it, they could be nanobots instead and they just hover around a tower until an enemy comes along then they bore into his chassis and mess up his circuits and BOOM he blows up.

In the trunk branch of warzone there are tools for converting other formats to pie format so you can use many different modelling programs as long as you have the (format to Pie) converter

Interesting idea, I don't think any other game has ever implemented this.. 100 points for originality..

Another question, the game has to be balanced, so what would be kryptonite to the androids/nanobots? If my enemy had armies of androids/nanobots, what would I need to destroy these androids/nanobots?

well, since their armor is not that strong, i think that heavy machineguns and assault guns would be the key to destroying them. and also, I do not know how big I would have to make the models or the max polygon count for each unit, so I take back my claim to e able to make models in this game. However, if there is someone willing to let me send them my models (I have some that I haven't textured yet and are currently being used in nothng currently)

For example, someone asked about polygon count before and got answers.. I recommend that you read that entire thread to get a more clearer picture..
However, it would be a good habit to search the forum for answers before posting a question. Like how I searched for the keyword polygon and found the above link that i shared with you.
