Giving Jetpack-Cyborgs advantage over Ground-to-Ground enemies is good, but giving them advantage over Ground-to-Air units (AA) is going to hit the balance in the game, they will become almost invincible. Every unit in this game has to be beatable by at least some other unit.

i never said they would be invincible, maybe in jump they cant fire, but walking is slower? besides who puts an AA on its own without AG to defend it? just have to choose which one will hurt the borgs less
no have it like s.borgs only certain teir units have the weapons they do, for example a Super heavy cannon cyborg has the equivilent of a med cannon while cannon cyborgs have about a light, same, but different you know?

To clarify, I'm only planning on adding jetpack capabilities to the Engineer and Mechanic. When not moving, they'll be on the ground (targetable only by ground weapons), but they can only move by flying (targetable by both ground and air).
The main thing here will be to have something similar to "flying trucks" without being too overpowered (or to have too much micro in toggling ground/air), and to continue the theme "only cyborgs can build in places accessible only by air".

Seems like a well balanced idea.. Just one question though, seeing that you mentioned movement will only be possible by flight, won't that look weird if they got legs?
or maybe you're planning a new body for that?

If you had a jetpack, would you cut your legs off when you go flying?
