Guide - software used for creation of tech tree

Hello everybody,

I've seen impressive tech tree in guide section and I'm wondering what software been used to create that, I'm talking about this page: http://guide.wz2100.net/r/tech-tree Is it custom or off the shelf software?

Reason I'm asking is, I'm in the process of designing technology tree for my game and using MS Visio to map dependencies, trouble is, for clarity I can use only tech titles and store all additional data in separate spreadsheet, it would really help if I had all that info in database, and of course software to visualise it.

That python script uses Pydot (Graphviz) to automate chart generation.
