As far as I know, no. It wouldn't be possible without getting in conflict with some kind of law, since the PSP is normally a closed platform.

I believe that quite a few people have got the ps1 version of warzone onto PSP, I'm not sure how it's done and I'm not sure how legal it is, but it definately has been done.

Here's a link to a video of someone playing it on their PSP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GcFOIKkhL_E

You can do that with any ps1 game but it has to be streamed from a ps3, I think.
In general, if you see glowing, pulsating things in the game, you should click on them.

The PlayStation Portable has a built in, 100% compatible PSX emulator from versions 2.8 or so onwards. There is a simple tool available that can convert PlayStation ISOs to the format that the PlayStation Portable accepts, but the PlayStation Portable must be on a 'custom firmware' to accept the executable.
Bring back...ducks!

And to use custom firmware you need a PSP 1000 with the old style motherboard.

Proprietary hardware sucks :augh:

I meant whole proprietary systems not individual parts.

This isn't anything I can ever see happening. Some people may choose to do it privately, but I doubt it will ever be released by us.
