Hi ,im french sorry for my bad english .
I play warzone 2.3.0 and whenever a briefing or a intelligence report(i dont have the video) are being displayed it go quickly. It last less than 1sec.
Do you have any solution? Thanks in advance.

You need the videos for them to play faster than one second, mate.

You can always go back to the display just press f5.
